Final "Walk-Thru" Items to Confirm

I conduct the final walk-thru with all clients. If it is a cash purchase, this will typically occur the morning of closing. If clients are purchasing with a mortgage, we will typically do the walk-thru three or four days prior to closing.  If you cannot be at closing, I will do the walk-thru without you to confirm the property is in an acceptable condition.  The walk-thru is a final opportunity for you to be certain that the home you purchased is in similar condition as it was on the date of the initial contract, or per the contract, including the inspection items are completed as agreed, and will include confirming the following conditions or working order...
